If you do a little research you’ll find lots of information about goal setting and why it’s important for you and your business.

You’ll also find a lot of different models as well.

But the S.M.A.R.T. model has a problem! You’ll be hard pressed to find anyone to admit to it, though.
The real question you need to be asking though is: “Will they help me get results and will they work for ME?”
Let’s talk about three of the most common goal setting models and see if we can answer this question and identify the problem with the S.M.A.R.T. system.
What type of goal setting model do you use? How well does it work for you? Where are your challenges in setting and achieving the goals and outcomes you want?
