Does fear have to be crippling to be an issue?

Ask any of my clients, friends, colleagues, acquaintances… or even my wife. They’ll tell you that I LOVE to talk about FEAR.

Fear is a big issue when it comes to building a holistic practice and understanding your fears is critical, in my humble opinion.

But what if “fear” isn’t the big bad wolf we all think it can be (or want to pretend it isn’t)?

What if fear is just something that occurs in a subtle and unconscious way that guides, directs, or moves us one direction or another.

Recently I had two conversations on the subject that left me reconsidering my approach to the subject.

Take a listen.
