What is “heart-centered marketing”?

In the world of marketing, there are dozens (probably hundreds or even thousands) of gimmicks to “get a fool to part with his/her money”.

That’s the way a lot of so-called marketing experts and gurus look at it. “What’s the fastest, easiest, and cheapest way to get someone to give me their money?”

I’m not a fan of that mindset, in case you were wondering. I prefer to get paid to actually, you know, HELP PEOPLE.

In all honesty, I HATE gimmicky marketing and most traditional “manipulation marketing” tactics are an instant turn-off for me. I’m guessing you’re the same.

That’s why I promised long ago to never manipulate my clients, never use gimmicks to bilk people of their money, and to do my very best to teach another way.

That said… it can be really hard not to sound gimmicky sometimes! I know I’ve failed at it many times.

It helps when you understand the alternative and what it takes to actually accomplish it successfully.

Here are my thoughts on the alternative approach (heart-centered marketing), what it does, why it matters, and what’s required to put it together.
